Training Programme: In Alignment with SAQA US 115759 – Conduct moderation of outcomes-based assessments

Introduction:

This unit standard is for people who conduct internal or external moderation of outcomes-based assessments.

Flomotion is fully accredited to provide this training programme as per Unit Standard: 115759. These skills form the foundation for a variety of qualifications. It is best suited for individuals in Education Training and Development Practices and those in Human Resource Development.

 

Training Methodology:

The theoretical elements of the training are successfully concluded in class. Candidates who are found competent on this unit standard should be able to:

 

  • Demonstrate understanding of moderation within the context of an outcomes-based assessment system,
  • Plan and prepare for moderation,
  • Conduct moderation,
  • Advise and support assessors,
  • Report, record and administer moderation, and
  • Review moderation systems and processes.
